In case of sickness or special circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing portfolio@sarahterschegget.com and casting@nuraykursun.com. Your ticket is refundable up to 48 hours before your shoot. If you cancel within 24 hours of your shoot, 50% of your ticket is refundable. In case of a no-show without notice, your ticket is non-refundable.

Running late? You can still enter the studio within 15 minutes after your booking has started. If more time has passed, your booking will be cancelled. This is because we can not provide you our promised service within less than 30 minutes.
